Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner is an optional social activity, separate from the scientific programme and subject to separate registration and payment. It is not included in the scientific registration fee. Participation is subject to availability.

Restaurant Location: Caru’ cu Bere.

Time: Friday, September 25, 2026, starting at 8:00 p.m. (local time)

Dress code:
Guests are invited to dress as they wish. Dress code: smart casual.

Transfer to the Gala Dinner venue:
Transportation will include a coach transfer from Crowne Plaza Hotel to the closest possible drop-off point near the Gala Dinner venue.

Price:
Registered Delegate / Accompanying Guest – 110€.

Attendance:
Participation is subject to availability. A maximum of 120 guests may attend.
