ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
Main instructions for abstract submission
- The meeting's official language is English. All abstracts must be submitted online and in English.
- You must provide each author's email address during the abstract submission.
- Accepted abstracts will only be included in the final programme if the presenter has completed and paid their registration for the EPOS 2026 congress before August 20, 2026.
- All instructions will be sent to you via email.
- For any additional information, don't hesitate to contact us at eposmeeting2026@eventrium.ro.
The submission deadlines are:
- Abstract submission opens: Thursday, January 15, 2026
- Abstract submission deadline: Sunday, May 3rd 2026 (23:59 CET)
- Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered for the conference.
- No revisions can be made to the abstract after the submission deadline.
- The abstract notification will be released on Friday, June 5th 2026
Presentation Types
For this annual meeting, there will be three types of presentations:
- Oral
- Rapid-Fire Poster Presentation (Rapid-Fire posters are short, high-impact presentations. Each poster must be accompanied by a brief oral presentation during the congress)
- Poster (Posters will be displayed throughout the entire scientific program of the congress. They will be discussed during the coffee breaks, according to the schedule that will be communicated later)
Abstract withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw an abstract from publication/presentation, the presenting author of the abstract is requested to send a letter via e-mail (eposmeeting2026@eventrium.ro) to the Abstract Office: before Friday, July 31, 2026. After this date, EPOS 2026 Annual Meeting cannot guarantee any request for withdrawal.
Additions and deletions of abstracts may be possible with the following caveats:
- Submitted abstracts can be edited until Sunday, May 3rd, 2026, 23:59 CET. After this, additions can only be made in the presentation of the abstract.
- If abstracts must be deleted, the title and author information will remain with the notation
“THIS ABSTRACT HAS BEEN REMOVED”.
