Gala Dinner

Gala Dinner hosted at an iconic restaurant located in Bucharest’s historic Old City Center. The evening will take place at Caru’ cu Bere, a landmark Romanian restaurant established over 150 years ago, where Romanian traditions will be showcased live.

Guests will be delighted with authentic Romanian cuisine, accompanied by traditional music and dance performances, offering a refined cultural experience.

Cultural exchange:
Participants are welcome to bring traditional items from their own countries (such as hats, garments, accessories, fans, etc.) in the spirit of sharing and celebrating cultural diversity.

Dress code:
Guests are invited to dress as they wish. Traditional attire or elegant casual wear is encouraged; comfort and a relaxed atmosphere are key.

Transfer to the Gala Dinner venue:
Transportation will include a coach transfer from Crowne Plaza Hotel to the closest possible drop-off point near the Gala Dinner venue. As the street is pedestrian-only, a short walk along Bucharest’s most significant historic boulevard will follow, offering a unique cultural introduction on the way to the dinner location.
