Registration Deadlines

Early bird registration fees: Sunday, June 14, 2026, 23:59 CEST

Regular registration fees: Sunday, August 16, 2026, 23:59 CEST

Late/on-site fee: from Monday, August 17, 2026

(1) The student rate is available for medical residents, PhD candidates, and clinicians in training enrolled in the 2026–2027 academic year. To register as a student, you must upload proof of your current status (2025–2026 academic year) on the conference management platform (e.g., a valid student ID, enrollment certificate, or a confirmation letter from your supervisor or head of department). Please note that updated proof of status for the 2026–2027 academic year will also be required at the on-site registration desk.

(2) Orthoptists & Other Vision Specialists. Proof of professional status is required: please provide your KP number or upload a confirmation letter signed by your supervisor or head of department.

(3) When creating your account on the conference management platform, please provide your membership number. All memberships will be verified; if no valid membership is confirmed, your registration fee will be adjusted according to the applicable category.

Participation in the social programme is reserved for registered conference participants. Registered delegates may also book additional seats for their accompanying guests.

Delivery of Services

The confirmation of registration and payment made on the event website will be sent via automatically generated confirmation emails. Information regarding access to the event organized by Eventrium SRL will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of registration.

Refund of Purchased Services

The participation fee will be refunded if the event is cancelled or at the client’s request, by submitting a written request to eposmeeting2026@eventrium.ro, no later than 01.08.2026.

The request must include the following information: participant’s name, event name, IBAN account number, and account holder’s full name.

Refunds for cancelled registrations (in accordance with the terms and conditions from the registration form) will be processed within 60 days after the end of the event.

Changing / Replacing a Participant

Deadline for participant changes/replacements: 01.08.2026. After this date, no changes or replacements will be accepted.
